Before I decided to sell my property I asked Garry about expectations to sell in the market at that time. He spent time to look at the property as I live 5 hours drive away ,and gave me an approximate value, which was extremely more than the agent who was handling the tenancy at that time.
Garry suggested that with a little cosmetic improvement the property could present better and sell for more, so I gave him the listing. It was good advice.
