We contacted Musgrove Realestate being a local company to get a second opinion on the market value re our Laguna property. Gary & Kurt Musgrove met with us on site and were very professional discussing a number of marketing options. We agreed to list the property and was impressed with their choice of photographer who did an excellent job presenting the features of the home. We received considerable interest and within the first week had accepted an offer in the mid range of Musgrove’s estimate. We couldn’t have been happier with Musgrove’s management of our sale and have already recommended them to a friend.
