In the beginning we approached Gary as we were unsure if we should sell our property and ultimately if it was the right time to sell.

Garry come out to do an evaluation and from the beginning he was honest about the current property market, realistically what we could sell for and what the best options for us were.

We chose Garry as we knew that he had a good client contact list for buyers in our area and also had a good sales history for rural properties. He has a good understanding of his clientele and knows what their needs are. Garry is up to date with all the legalities of the sale.

Garry has been extremely easy to deal with, he was always in contact with updates. Garry is a genuine and very professional person. We highly recommend Garry to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate.
